What does “unknown” mean?
Unknown means the checked evidence does not establish a current value.
Unknown is not a negative finding. A provider may offer a feature without mentioning it on the checked page. A conflicting price also needs confirmation rather than a guessed value. Open the field evidence on each record to see what was checked and which questions remain unanswered.
